Who runs it

A small team of Hyderabadis

We are a small team of Hyderabadis — writers, researchers and neighbours who grew up on this city's streets and still argue about where the best haleem is. No big media house stands behind Happy Hyderabad. What stands behind it is a simple rule we set ourselves on day one: every post speaks to all Hyderabadis, every fact is checked before it is published, and the people who quietly serve this city deserve the front page more than anyone.

You are the newsroom

Most of what appears here starts with a reader. A room to rent, a job opening, a blood donation camp, a teacher who coaches poor children free and has never been written about — our listings, our Builders of Hyderabad nominations and our civic tips all arrive the same way: a message from someone in this city who thought the rest of us should know. If that sounds like you, our WhatsApp is open.
