🛡️ Stay safe — for travellers and senders
- Travellers: never carry a parcel you have not opened and inspected yourself. If it is sealed and you cannot see it, decline — politely and firmly.
- No illegal or restricted items, ever. Medicines, cash, jewellery and original documents belong with registered couriers and banks, not in a stranger's suitcase.
- Meet in a public place for the handover, and confirm the receiver's name and number with each other before the trip.
